Less emission controlling components avoids the cost associated with their complexity, as well as the time and inconvenience required in maintaining them. SMARTORQUE™ means no Diesel Particulate Filter (DPF), no Diesel Exhaust Fluid (DEF)/AdBlue, and no other active exhaust after treatment.
